Youth Ministry | Est. 2025Oscar serves on the VINE Parish Council supporting Youth Ministry. A government supervisor in the petroleum industry, he also volunteers with the New Providence Fire Department. He and his wife, Shirley Penarete, have three sons, Ethan, Santiago, and Sebastian. He enjoys motocross, fishing, and serving with faith and joy.
